Shipping and Processing

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long do orders take to process?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically take less than 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to process before shipment.

Orders placed before 3pm EST (Mon-Fri) get shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3pc EST on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.

What are the shipping charges?

Standard shipping is free for products sold directly from GEEKERBOX. We also offer upgraded 2-day shipping for a flat fee of $4.95.

How long is the shipping time?

Orders placed on Geekerbox.com before 3pm EST (Mon-Fri) get shipped out the same day. Delivery takes 2-3 days on average.

While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment.

Where do orders get shipped from?

Orders placed on Geekerbox.com are shipped out from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania.

Which courier will be used for delivery?

Orders will be shipped via USPS.

What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to receive the package, the postman will leave the package by the door or in your mailbox.

If the package requires a signature, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

What payment gateways are you supported by?

We are supported by PayPal and Stripe, the securest payment gateways available in the market.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

GEEKERBOX supports PayPal and a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.

Is my information secure?

GEEKERBOX proudly adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

We use encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) security to ensure that your credit card information is 100% protected. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using SSL technology. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Post-Sales

Can I cancel my order?

We only allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.

Can I make changes to my order or shipping address?

If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our Contact page as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. We will do our best to accommodate your request but do note that we cannot make any promises. Do drop us an email should you require any assistance.

If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation details?

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Please make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us as well. We do recommend emailing our support team for full details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 14 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our Q&C team to ascertain if the item is indeed defective. We will then send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund.
